Slimming World Banana loaf

5 1/2 syns for a whole loaf or 1 1/2 (round up to 2) syns per slice if cut into 10…

I don’t count syns for sweetener and bananas so add on 8 for bananas and 1 for sweetener if you do.

INGREDIENTS:

56g self-raising flour (9)

4 eggs

2 bananas mashed

1tsp baking powder (0.5)

Sweetener to taste

25g choc chips (6)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix flour, baking powder, sweetener, 2 eggs, and bananas.

Separate 2 eggs, mix the yolk into the mixture and whip the egg white till stiff.

fold the egg white into the mixture then pour into the loaf tin. Add your chips and cook on 180 for 40 mins.

In addition, you are encouraged to consume metered quantities of certain foods known as ‘Healthy Supplements’, which provide the necessary nutrients for a healthy, balanced diet.

These include milk and cheese (for calcium) and whole-grain cereals and bread (for fibre and minerals).

To avoid feeling deprived, you can consume limited amounts of treats that contain more calories and are less filling, such as chocolate, crisps and alcohol.
