Syn Free Banana Cheesecake

Serves 8

Slimming World: FREE on Extra Easy

Ingredients

500g fat free fromage frais

250g quark

20tsp Splenda

4 over-ripe bananas, roasted in their skins in oven for about 15 minutes, then mushed

Few drops vanilla extract

Method

Mix together. Put in lined baking tin.

Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 180•c until slightly brown on top (but should still be a bit wobbly).

Cool a bit (but delish warm!).

Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
