Slimming World Cream Horns are a guilt-free treat that combines the lightness of Weight Watchers Wraps with a delicious creamy filling. These delightful pastries are perfect for those following a slimming or low-calorie diet. The wraps are transformed into crispy cones that are filled with a sweet and fluffy mixture of quark, vanilla extract, and white chocolate. Topped with juicy strawberries, these cream horns are a delightful and satisfying dessert option that won’t derail your healthy eating goals.
Ingredients:
2 Weight Watchers Wraps
1 egg Beaten
2 tsp granulated sweetener
125 grams quark
2 tsp vanilla extract
11 g white chocolate Options 1 sachet
100 grams strawberries Or other soft fruit
low calorie cooking spray

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180ÂșC. Spray the cream horn moulds with low-calorie cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Cut the Weight Watchers Wraps in half and wrap each half around a cream horn mould, applying firm pressure to ensure the edges stick together. Brush the wraps with beaten egg, pressing firmly once again to help the edges adhere.
Sprinkle granulated sweetener, such as Sukrin Gold, over the wrapped cones and place them on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the wraps turn golden and crispy.
In a small bowl, whip the quark, vanilla extract, and white chocolate Options sachet until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the creamy filling.
Once the wrap cones have completely cooled, gently remove them from the cream horn moulds. They should be crisp and ready to be filled.
Place a couple of halved strawberries or other soft fruit into the bottom of each cone. Using either a piping bag or a spoon, fill the cones with the chilled creamy mixture.
Top the cream-filled cones with more strawberries or soft fruit.
