Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons corn flour400 g finely sliced beef steaks
1 finely chopped pepper
1 chopped head of broccoli
5 spring onions sliced lengthways
1 teaspoon ground ginger
5 tablespoons mixed soy sauce
Method:
Mix the meat in the corn flour until it is well coated, then fry it and place it in a very hot wok sprayed with frylite.
Put the meat aside, then put the garlic and chilli in the wok taking care to scrape all the pieces of meat and mix well.
Add the onions and broccoli, then the soy sauce until it begins to bubble
Stir in the beef and cook another 10 minutes
