Slimming World Banana & Salted Caramel Oat Muffins

These Slimming World Banana & Salted Caramel Oat Muffins are a delicious and healthier option for a sweet treat. The recipe calls for oats, eggs, a banana, a banana Ambala light yogurt (or any banana yogurt), sweetener, and a touch of salted caramel essence. The muffins have a delightful banana flavor with hints of salted caramel. They can be enjoyed as a breakfast or a snack, and the recipe yields approximately four muffins.

Ingredients:

40g Oats,

x2 eggs,

banana,

custard muller light,

tbsp sweetener,

and salted caramel essence.

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a blender or food processor, combine 40g of oats, 2 eggs, a ripe banana, a banana Ambala light yogurt (or any banana yogurt), around 3/4 to half a tablespoon of sweetener, and a small amount of salted caramel essence. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into heart-shaped muffin molds or any desired muffin molds. The mixture should make around four muffins.

Place the molds in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Once the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, remove them from the oven and let them cool.

For best results, refrigerate the muffins and enjoy them later. They can be enjoyed as a breakfast option or as a tasty treat throughout the day.

Note that each muffin made with the specified ingredients is approximately 7 syns. If using different ingredients, adjust the syn value accordingly. It is recommended to count half of a muffin as one syn, but you can adjust the portions to fit your dietary preferences and needs.
