These healthy snack crisps are a delicious option that aligns with the slimming world food optimising plan. They consist of par-boiled pasta sheets seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper, and garlic. The recipe is incredibly simple yet yields fantastic results. For added fun, you can use different colored pasta sheets, such as green lasagne, to create Halloween-themed crisps.

Ingredients:
Frylite® oil spray
3 sheets dried lasagne
Various seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas 4). Spray a baking tray with Frylite® oil spray.
Bring a pan of slightly salted water to a boil.
Place a lasagne sheet into the boiling water and leave it for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, remove the sheet from the pan and cut it into squares.
Arrange the squares on the prepared baking tray. Repeat the process for the remaining 2 lasagne sheets.
Once all the squares are on the baking tray, spray the tops with Frylite® oil spray and sprinkle them with your desired seasonings.
Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they can become overly crispy.
Remove the squares from the tray and allow them to cool.
Tip:
Using more lasagne sheets will yield more crisps. A single baking sheet can accommodate 3 lasagne sheets and make approximately one packet’s worth of crisps.
