Salted Caramel Cupcakes

Salted caramel cupcakes.

Three of the filthy fookers for just 5 syns and a HexB.

These are at a Jason Momoa level of tasty.

So if you like your sweet salty and your salty sweet and fancy a dessert dirtier than getting down with Aquaman,

here’s how:

To make 6, whisk 80 grams of blitzed oats with 2 eggs, 250 ml of plain yoghurt, half a teaspoon of baking powder, two tablespoons of sweetener, a tablespoon of Options salted caramel hot chocolate and a crushed sugar free Werther’s original. Into a muffin tin and bake for 30 mins on 170 fan.

For the frosting, whisk 5 light cheese triangles (HexA) with 4 heaped tablespoons of Skyr and a tablespoon of Options salted caramel.

Top the cakes then drizzle with generic shop bought, bog standard, white label caramel sauce, a pretzel and another cheeky little crushed Werther’s.

Diet, what sodding diet?
