  • Serving: 4 serves
  • Syns:  syn free

Ingredients:

2.5 Weight Watchers Wraps

200 g Minced Pork

1 Small Egg, Beaten

2 Teaspoons Thyme

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Equipment:

Air Fryer

Pastry Maker

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the minced pork with thyme, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to thoroughly blend the seasonings into the pork.

Shape the seasoned pork mixture into a log resembling sausage meat. Place it in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes to firm up.

Lay one Weight Watchers Wrap on a clean work surface. Brush it evenly with the beaten egg.

Position the pork filling in the centre of the wrap and roll it up, similar to making a Swiss roll. Ensure the seam is sealed.

Brush the entire surface of the rolled wrap with more beaten egg.

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Place the prepared sausage roll into the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crisp.

Remove the sausage rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.

Slice the sausage rolls into bite-sized portions for mini sausage rolls if desired, especially for parties.

Serve your Slimming World Sausage Rolls warm and enjoy!
