2 tablespoons granulated sweetener

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 x 26g Curly Wurly candy bar (6 Syns)

2 tablespoons quark

2 teaspoons water

Cooking spray (Frylight)

3 medium eggs

50g self-raising flour (6 Syns)

1 sachet of caramel-flavored hot chocolate (2 Syns)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and generously spray a brownie tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a mixing bowl, sift the self-raising flour and combine it with the caramel-flavoured hot chocolate sachet, granulated sweetener, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of dry ingredients.
