4 large eggs
1 200g tin of lean ham, thinly sliced
80g mature low-fat light cheddar cheese (2 Healthy Extra A choices or 12 Syns)
1/2 onion, finely diced
200g broccoli stalks, finely chopped
3 tsp tinned sweetcorn
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray (e.g., Frylight or similar)
Preheat your oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 4 or 170°C Fan Assisted).
Lightly spray an ovenproof dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
