These muffins can be relished as a satisfying breakfast or a delightful snack, and this recipe yields approximately four muffins.

Ingredients:

40g Oats

2 Eggs

1 Ripe Banana

1 Banana Muller Light Yogurt (or any banana yoghurt)

1 tablespoon Sweetener

Dash of Salted Caramel Essence

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

In a blender or food processor, combine 40g of oats, 2 eggs, a ripe banana, a light banana yoghurt, approximately 3/4 to 1/2 tablespoon of sweetener, and a small amount of salted caramel essence. Blend the mixture until it turns smooth and well incorporated.

Pour the batter into heart-shaped muffin moulds or your preferred muffin moulds. This mixture should be sufficient to make around four muffins.

Place the moulds into the preheated oven and bake for roughly 20 minutes.

Once the muffins acquire a golden-brown hue and a toothpick inserted into the centre emerges clean, take them out from the oven and allow them to cool.

For optimal results, refrigerate the muffins and enjoy them at your convenience. These muffins can be relished as a delightful breakfast or a scrumptious treat throughout the day.

It’s important to note that each muffin crafted using the specified ingredients is approximately 7 “syns.” If you decide to use different ingredients, be sure to adjust the “syn” value accordingly. It’s recommended to consider half of a muffin as one “syn,” but feel free to modify the serving sizes to align with your dietary requirements and preferences.
