Ingredients:
40 g basic oats, processed *7 syns if not part of Healthy Extra B
1 small egg
2 tbsp sukrin gold sweetener
1 tsp low-fat margarine *1.5 syns
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder *0.25 syns
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp Sweet Freedom Choc (OPTIONAL) *additional 1 syn if included
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the low-fat margarine for 10 seconds in the microwave.
In a mixing bowl or a compact food processor, combine the processed oats, egg, sukrin gold sweetener, melted margarine, salt, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and Sweet Freedom Choc (if desired). Mix until a uniform blend forms.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using teaspoons, place 8 dollops of the cookie mixture on the tray, ensuring ample spacing between each. Use the back of the spoon to lightly flatten each cookie.
Slide the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies take on a gentle golden hue.
