Slimming World Banana loaf

15 1/2 syns for a whole loaf or 1 1/2 (round up to 2) syns per slice if cut into 10… I don’t count syns for sweetener and bananas so add on 8 for bananas and 1 for sweetener if you do.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 56g self-raising flour (9)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1tsp baking powder (0.5)
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 25g choc chips (6)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. ▪️Mix flour, baking powder, sweetener, 2 eggs, and bananas.
  2. ▪️Separate 2 eggs, mix the yolk into the mixture and whip the egg white till stiff.
  3. ▪️fold the egg white into the mixture then pour into the loaf tin. Add your chips and cook on 180 for 40 mins
